
Our Core Programs
Our mindfulness centre is an inclusive and welcoming space that offers the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) program, and the Mindful Self Compassion program (MSC), all evidence-based programs created by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Mindful Self-Compassion Program (MSC)

The SC-MSC program draws on mindfulness skills and focuses on developing the resource of self-compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional resilience and well-being. The program includes short talks, experiential exercises, group discussions, and informal home practice.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Through intentional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction strategies, participants will learn to mobilize their own inner resources to activate learning, growth and healing while increasing emotional regulation and enhancing self-care and interpersonal relationships.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

MBCT strategies can be used to identify the triggers and symptoms of anxiety and depression, participants can effectively address these issues as they arise in everyday life, allowing for skillful intervention before mood symptoms and negative thought patterns become more severe.

Mindfulness for Adult ADHD (MAPs)

Mindful Awareness Practices (MAPs) for Adults with ADHD is an 8-week mindfulness program designed to support focus, emotional balance, and stress management. Developed at UCLA, it draws from MBSR, MBCT, and ADHD-specific approaches to help participants improve attention, self-regulation, and self-esteem through proven, practical tools.

"Navigating Anxiety: Essential Mindfulness Tools for Ease" is designed to help you manage and unwind anxiety through evidence-based mindfulness practices. This course includes experiential conceptual and inquiry components for a deep understanding and integration into daily life. The weekly home practice commitment is approximately 30 minutes a day.
