Week 6: Anxiety as Habit, Applying Habit Change Framework & Integration into Daily Life

"Navigating Anxiety: Essential Mindfulness Tools for Ease" is designed to help you manage and unwind anxiety through evidence-based mindfulness practices. This course includes experiential conceptual and inquiry components for a deep understanding and integration into daily life. The weekly home practice commitment is approximately 30 minutes a day.

 Throughout the program, you'll learn to:

  • Understand the core components of anxiety

  • Develop a sustainable mindfulness practice

  • Recognize and work with nervous system activation

  • Transform your relationship to difficult emotions

  • Interrupt habitual anxiety patterns, including distractions and control behaviours, that often feed anxiety.

  • Evidence-based mindfulness tools and frameworks for working with Anxiety

  • The program is held in a safe and confidential group learning environment and is led by a certified, highly experienced mindfulness teacher with extensive training.

Each week builds upon the previous, offering a comprehensive approach to working with anxiety. Through guided meditations, experiential exercises, and practical tools, you'll develop a personalized toolkit for navigating anxiety with greater ease and confidence.

Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund will be issued for cancellation requests received up to one week before the start of class.

A refund (minus a fee plus HST) will be issued for cancellation requests received up to 3 days before the start of class.
