Mindful Self-Compassion Program (MSC)

The SC-MSC program draws on mindfulness skills and focuses on developing the resource of self-compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional resilience and well-being. The program includes short talks, experiential exercises, group discussions, and informal home practice.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Through intentional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction strategies, participants will learn to mobilize their own inner resources to activate learning, growth and healing while increasing emotional regulation and enhancing self-care and interpersonal relationships.

Mindfulness Tools for Anxiety - Urban Retreat Workshop

A restorative full-day urban retreat style workshop designed to help you build a more workable relationship with anxiety. Through guided mindfulness practices, reflection, and supportive teaching, you’ll learn practical tools to calm the nervous system, work skillfully with worry, and integrate greater ease into daily life. No prior experience required.

Our Mindfulness Centre is an inclusive and welcoming space that offers a comprehensive range of programs designed to support the cultivation of mindfulness, emotional well-being and personal growth.
Our core offerings include the internationally recognized eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn as well as eight-week Mindful Self-Compassion program developed by Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer which combines Mindfulness with self-compassion and focuses on developing emotional resilience and self-kindness.
To further deepen practice, Mindfulness at Centrepointe also hosts a diverse selection of yoga, mindfulness retreats and specialized programs, creating opportunities for participants to immerse themselves in sustained reflection and experiential learning.
