Mindfulness Retreat Days
Our retreats offer seasoned practitioners and newcomers a rejuvenating opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and self-compassion, providing a space to pause, reflect, and nourish the mind and body.
Our silent retreats, led by certified teachers, combine mindfulness and self-compassion practices, guided meditations, and gentle mindful yoga.

Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund will be issued for cancellation requests received up to one week before the start of the retreat.
A refund (minus a $50 processing fee plus HST) will be issued for cancellation requests received one day before the start of the retreat.

If you have already signed up for the 8-week January 2026 MSC course, this retreat is included, and you do not need to register again. We open a few spaces for those not part of the MSC program who have some meditation experience. You can register here if you are interested in joining the retreat only.
