1-Day Intensive Mindfulness Workshop
Join us for an interactive one-day workshop to deepen your understanding of mindfulness and its practical applications. Over five hours, we will combine theoretical insights with hands-on practice, empowering you to integrate mindfulness into your daily life while effectively managing stress and enhancing your overall well-being.
By the end of this workshop, you will have the tools necessary to continue your mindfulness journey independently, along with course materials and guided meditation audio to support your ongoing practice.

Online Mindful Eating Workshop
Food and eating make up a considerable part of our lives. Food, eating, and our relationship with food affect our physical, mental and emotional well-being. ⠀
The "why, what, and how" of eating is something we can bring mindfulness to, and in doing so, we can gain a greater understanding of this aspect of our life. With greater awareness comes the ability to make wiser choices that can bring us into greater alignment with how we want to live and be in relationship to eating and food.
This three-hour online workshop will focus on understanding our thoughts and emotions and our highly conditioned habit patterns and automatic behaviours around eating. We will explore “food and mood,” the different kinds of hunger, taste, satiety, emotional eating and the habit loop.
This workshop will weave together experiential exercises and conceptual teaching and provide discussion opportunities.
We recommended having a bottle of water and wearing comfortable clothing during the session.
