Urban Retreat Style Workshop

Anxiety can feel consuming and difficult to interrupt. This retreat offers a chance to slow down, settle the nervous system, and explore a more workable relationship with anxiety—one rooted in awareness and choice rather than effort or avoidance.

The day unfolds at an intentional pace, with guided mindfulness practices, teachings, reflective inquiry, and extended periods of supportive silence. You’ll explore:

  • How anxiety shows up in the body and mind

  • Why familiar coping strategies can unintentionally keep anxiety in place

  • Mindfulness as a way of meeting anxiety without forcing or fixing

  • Skillful ways of working with worry and anxious thought patterns

  • Supportive responses for moments of acute anxiety

  • How to integrate what you learn into daily life

No prior mindfulness experience required.

Spaces are limited.

Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund will be issued for cancellation requests received up to one week before the start of class.

A refund (minus a $100 processing fee plus HST) will be issued for cancellation requests received up to 3 days before the start of class.
