Our Core Programs

Our mindfulness centre is an inclusive and welcoming space that offers the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) program, and the Mindful Self Compassion program (MSC), all evidence-based programs created by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Mindful Self-Compassion Program (MSC)

  • The SC-MSC program draws on mindfulness skills and focuses on developing the resource of self-compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional resilience and well-being. The program includes short talks, experiential exercises, group discussions, and informal home practice.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

  • Through intentional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction strategies, participants will learn to mobilize their own inner resources to activate learning, growth and healing while increasing emotional regulation and enhancing self-care and interpersonal relationships.
