Mindful Meditation, Mindful Eating, & Yoga Teacher

With a journey deeply rooted in the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness, Kathy has been guiding students on their paths to wellness since 2010. Introduced to yoga in 2000, Kathy found solace and strength in its practice, eventually becoming a certified yoga teacher.

In 2023, Kathy expanded her expertise by earning a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification from renowned teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, in collaboration with Sounds True and The University of California's Greater Good Science Centre. Complementing this, she also obtained a Mindful Eating Teacher Certification from The Centre for Mindful Eating in the same year.

Driven by a passion for sharing the transformative tools of mindfulness, Kathy specializes in stress and anxiety management through mindfulness practices. Dedicated to helping others discover inner peace and well-being, Kathy guides individuals to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.

As well, Kathy teaches Mindful Eating, a practice that heals one's relationship with food and their bodies. By debunking diet culture and fostering a non-judgmental approach to eating, Kathy helps individuals develop a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle, rooted in self-compassion and mindful awareness.
